did not pay attention to instruction needed on repairs

Fantastic experience with Golf Cars of Dallas. Messaged Hector and set the entire deal over the phone. He had my cart next day and ready for pickup. During pickup noticed one of the lights wasn’t coming on and a crew of folks came out to address the issue. This was 4:45 on Thursday afternoon. Unfortunately it was going to take more than a simple fix, and they wanted to make sure the cart was right when we took it so They sent us home with a Nice cart to use until ours was ready. They delivered my cart 1.5 Hours away on a Saturday morning so I wouldn’t have to make the drive back. Outstanding customer support from the Sales, service, and management team. Really great folks who want to earn your business. Honestly not sure why you would buy from anyone/anywhere else.

Hector was great to work with and the cart was nicely made presented and ready to go!
